Thanksgiving all the time

It is important to be thankful for the evil day. Our experiences are likely to make us unthankful.

 The apostle Paul predicted that in the last days, people will be unthankful. Anxiety, fear, and bitterness make us unthankful.

1. Overcome fear and bitterness with thanksgiving

2 Timothy 3:1-5 (KJV)
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Pray against the spirit of anxiety, fear, and bitterness and give thanks to God for all the experiences you have been through.

 Give thanks to God for victory over all evil vices that were intended to turn you away from faithfully serving God.

2. Present every prayer need to God with thanksgiving.

Philippians 4:6 (KJV)
6 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God

3- Watch in prayer with thanksgiving – list your battles and thank God, not for them but in them e.g. “Lord, I thank you even in sickness and financial challenges”.

Colossians 4:2-4 (KJV)
2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; 3 Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: 4 That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

Conclusion

As a Christian and disciple of Jesus, we should make it a point to give thanks to God every time and in all circumstances, for this is what the Holy Scriptures instruct us to do.
